Withdrawals: 3 business days, weekdays only

Clause 6.15 says the finance team works through a request within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out. Agents work from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday.^[1]

In plain terms: in Toronto that’s 2 a.m. to 1 p.m. until clocks change on November 1, then 1 a.m. to noon. A request made after 1 p.m. on a Friday waits for Monday.

Limits are published in CAD and rise with your VIP level, which Spinsy sets from your play over the previous 90 days. At level 1 you can take out $750 a day and $10,500 a month; at level 5, $2,300 a day and $30,000 a month. No more than three withdrawals can be pending at once.^[1] The withdrawal times page has the full table and a first cash-out worked through day by day.

Interac and other ways to pay in CAD

With Canada and Canadian Dollar selected, the payments page lists Interac for deposits from $10 to $9,000 and for withdrawals from $10 to $3,000. Cards take $20 to $4,000 in and pay $20 to $4,300 out. Bank transfer and Skrill appear for withdrawals, and MiFinity and 15 crypto options appear on both sides.^[3]

The terms add that withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with wherever possible (clause 6.2).^[1] So if you want Interac out, deposit with Interac. Our reading comes from a connection outside Canada with the country chosen by hand; the cashier inside your account is the final word.

The welcome bonus: up to $750 and 200 spins

• Deposit plus bonus carry 35x wagering, to finish within 10 days. Free-spin winnings carry 40x.

In plain terms: a $100 deposit with a $100 match means $7,000 in bets within 10 days.

Slots, scratch cards and keno count 100%; live games, video poker and Plinko 10%; table and card games 0%. Fees to know before the first withdrawal

Clause 6.8 asks you to wager your deposit at least once before withdrawing. If you don’t, Spinsy may keep a 10% commission, or 15% when the balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer.^[1] The same section lets Spinsy decline a withdrawal if you haven’t wagered at least 20 euros in that calendar month.

An account nobody logs into for 180 days becomes inactive, and Spinsy may then charge 5 euros a month.^[1] Unlike the bonus and the withdrawal limits, these amounts are set in euros, not CAD.

ID checks

Spinsy can ask for properly certified ID, proof of residence, proof of ownership and transaction histories of the payment methods used, before or after a deposit or withdrawal. You have 30 days to send them, and Spinsy says it usually verifies within 10 days of a complete answer.^[1]

In plain terms: send your documents right after the first deposit, so a first withdrawal doesn’t wait on them.

Spinsy and the provinces

Canada isn’t among the Excluded Jurisdictions in clause 2.3. Section 15 adds that NetEnt games and a few named slots aren’t available in Canada, so the Canadian lobby is smaller than the one shown abroad.^[1] Spinsy isn’t on the iGaming Ontario list of registered sites, so our buttons send Ontario visitors to a page that explains Ontario’s market instead.^[6]
