Privacy policy
Effective September 27, 2026. This policy explains what Spinsy Casino Review collects when you visit, following the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). A French version follows below, including the notice required by Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.
What we collect
We have no forms, no accounts, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising cookies. The only data processed is what any web server records for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes these logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We also see aggregated search data in Google Search Console, such as which queries showed our pages. It doesn’t identify individual visitors.
Why, and for how long
Server logs are used for security and to keep the site working. They are kept by the hosting provider for its standard retention period and are not combined with any other data. We don’t sell or share personal information.
Links to casinos
When you use a button to a casino, you leave this site. The casino’s own privacy notice applies from then on. Our redirect links don’t pass your personal information to the casino.
Your rights and contact
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or complain about how it’s handled, by writing to hello@spinsycasinoreview.com. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in Quebec the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Seules les données de journal du serveur sont traitées pour chaque visite : adresse IP, type de navigateur, page demandée, page de provenance et heure. Notre hébergeur, Vercel, les traite pour afficher le site et le protéger contre les abus.
Nous n’utilisons aucune technologie permettant de vous identifier, de vous localiser ou d’effectuer un profilage (article 8.1 de la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé). Nous ne vendons ni ne communiquons de renseignements personnels.
