Spinsy’s finance team processes withdrawals within 3 business days and only on weekdays, and your VIP level sets how much can leave per day. Here are the exact rules, the hours converted to Canadian time, the Interac limits in CAD and a first cash-out worked through, so you can plan a withdrawal before you deposit.

What the terms say about timing
“Requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out … Financial department agents process requests for withdrawing monetary funds from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday.”

In plain terms: the 3-day clock runs on weekdays, and a second request can wait until the first one is paid.
The same clause adds that once the finance team has processed a request, further delays by the payment provider are “not the Company’s responsibility”. The time your bank or wallet takes comes on top.

After November 1 every city except Regina moves one hour earlier: Toronto becomes 1 a.m. to noon. A request sent on Friday afternoon in Ontario waits for Monday.

Clause 6.12 sets your level from your activity over the 90 days before the request. If you stop placing bets for a month, you drop back to level 1.[1] Spinsy can also set its own minimum and maximum per transaction by method (clause 6.14), which is where the Interac range below comes in.
Ways to withdraw for Canadian accounts
With Canada and Canadian Dollar selected, the payments page lists Interac from $10 to $3,000, card withdrawals from $20 to $4,300, bank transfer and Skrill from $20 to $7,800, MiFinity from $20 to $3,750, and crypto from $35 (Bitcoin from $90).[2]
Clause 6.2 sends withdrawals back to the deposit method “wherever possible”, and clause 6.10 lets Spinsy pay through a different system if the one you chose isn’t available.[1] Deposit with the method you want to be paid with.
A first withdrawal, worked through
Say you’re at level 1, deposited by Interac, and win $2,000. The $750 daily limit splits it into three requests: $750, $750 and $500, on three different days. Each fits inside Interac’s $3,000 cap per transaction.
- ID first. If you haven’t been verified, Spinsy can ask for documents. You have 30 days to send them, and it usually checks within 10.[1]
- First request. Up to 3 business days, weekdays only. Sent on a Saturday, it’s picked up on Monday.
- Next requests. Read strictly, clause 6.15 lets each one wait up to 3 business days after the previous payout. Three requests can take about nine business days.
In plain terms: send ID right after your first deposit, and a $2,000 win takes up to about two weeks to arrive in full, plus Interac’s own time.
Fees: the 1x rollover rule
“Minimum funds rollover before a withdrawal is x1 (one). If the wager of the funds … is less than the deposit amount, we reserve the right to cancel all winnings and keep the commission of 10% … and the 15% … commission if your account balance has been charged with a bank card or bank transfer.”

In plain terms: deposit $100, bet only $60 and ask to withdraw, and Spinsy may keep $10, or $15 if you paid by card.
Two smaller rules sit next to it. Spinsy can decline a withdrawal if you haven’t wagered 20 euros in that calendar month, and an account left for 180 days pays 5 euros a month as an inactivity fee.[1]
When a withdrawal can be held
Clause 6.16 lets Spinsy delay a request to check your identity, balance and source of funds, and clause 6.9 lets it cancel a withdrawal if it suspects fraud or collusion.[1] On Trustpilot, the most recent English one-star review (September 2, 2026) describes a withdrawal that passed the 3-business-day window.[3] Keeping your documents current and your deposit method the same as your withdrawal method removes the usual reasons for a hold.
My verdict
Spinsy is clear about timing, and the rules are strict: weekdays only, up to 3 business days per request, and requests that can queue behind each other. For small wins by Interac that’s a few days. For larger wins at level 1, plan on the $750 daily cap and about two weeks. Verify early, deposit and withdraw by Interac, and play each deposit through once.
